INTERNAL CONTROLS & PROCESS
IMPROVEMENT

We help nonprofits improve their financial and reporting processes, including helping to implement an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process, training on fraud awareness inherent in nonprofit organizations, providing reasonable assurance in achieving objectives in operational effectiveness and efficiency, reliable financial reporting, and compliance with laws, regulations, policies and donor requirements.

TAX PLANNING & PREPARATION

We work tirelessly on individual tax returns to ensure maximum tax savings and are paying only the minimum required by law. Our team of CPAs and tax professionals are very knowledgeable in the tax laws and regulatory requirements. We also assist nonprofits in filing requirements for 990, 990EZ and 990N.

PAYROLL

We help with very simple, accurate, time saving and flexible processes to pay employees and comply with local, state, and federal government payroll regulations. We also assist with personnel cost to comply with donor requirements.

BUSINESS CONSULTING

We are trusted advisors to our clients as they tackle the day-to-day challenges facing nonprofits such business set-up, filing for tax exempt status, obtaining employer’s identification numbers, state registrations etc. Our consulting services also include grant compliance solutions in the award lifecycle. This lifecycle support includes the pre-award, post-award and close-out process.

OUTSOURCED CFO

Our Outsourced CFO services go beyond keeping record of your financial and accounting transactions by providing critical oversight, analysis, and account management. This is accomplished by ensuring that best practices, policies, and procedures are implemented, reviewed, updated, and followed. Our expertise will also provide timely and accurate financial statements to enable senior management and board to make appropriate decision for the organization. We further assist nonprofit in developing budgets, monitoring, and analyzing the budgets.

BOOKKEEPING & ACCOUNTING

We provide support to nonprofit organizations to effectively outsource their accounting functions. This process is from the most basic to more complex accounting functions.
